Josh Havlik has spent most of his 17 year career studying insurance to better understand the intention of coverage and insurance rate stucture of liability, property, and worker’s compensation to create better outcomes for his clients. Josh is a leading voice in brewery insurance market and very involved with the MN Craft Brewer’s Guild, the MLBA, and the emerging Cannabis market. Outside of work, Josh is passionate about being a good husband, a dad to his five kids, playing hockey, and drinking craft beer.

Stephanie Beckmann has 12 years of experience helping Bars and Restaurants find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs and is our resident expert on all things liquor liability. She can provide on-site liquor training to our clients at no charge. Stephanie is passionate about horses and also can assist with equine risks.

Katie Leech is our office manager, insurance certificate coordinator, and personal lines expert. She is a Colorado native and is passionate about the Cannabis industry.

Marilyn Havlik is our commercial lines account manager and works hard behind the scenes to make sure that our clients get the best possible customer service. She manages most of our new business and insurance policy renewals. Marilyn is Josh’s sister in law and is passionate about her spending time with her family, her church, and her friends.
